Comprehensive Inspections
Before any work can commence, AWA will conduct a thorough inspection, provide consultation, and supply you with a written estimate.
Animal Removal
All of our wildlife trapping is done in a humane manner. Most urban wildlife is generally healthy; therefore, AWA is able to transfer animals that have been evicted from your home or property. We have several relocation points in which we’ve received permission to relocate wildlife. These areas are located outside of the metro Central Florida area so that these animals will not be a threat or nuisance to urban or suburban environments.
Animal Exclusion & Damage Repair
After nuisance animals have been humanely captured and successfully evicted from your home, AWA will seal all animal entry points as well as potential points and recommend necessary steps in order to keep your home animal-free. Our Agents are trained to complete exclusion work and repair damages in order to prevent any future nuisance animal situations.
Dead Animal Removal Service
If you smell a strong odor and believe you have a dead animal in your home or business, AWA can locate, remove the animal, and disinfect the contaminated area.
Animal Clearance Certificate
If a property inspector has recently found evidence of nuisance wildlife activity in a home that you are selling or buying, American Wildlife Agents can help! We’ll perform a comprehensive inspection, evict the animals, close the animal entry points, repair damages, complete exclusion work, and provide you with an animal clearance certificate upon completion.
